Lately we have noticed that we get 100’s of comments a day on each of our posts! We were wondering Why do we have so many comments?

So we took a deeper look into it and started to look over the comments one by one. And then we realized that 98% of the comments have no information whatsoever, and have nothing to do with the article or post! They just contain some unreadable words and some links to sites {example see below} that have nothing to do with either us or the post.

So we came up with this question does posting comments and linking to their website really help the SEO? Does it bring the results they are looking for? The simple answer is NO and I will explain why later on.

But before we get to why it’s not working we have one more point to make. To those who hire SEO companies in and outside the US and then they pay away for the SEO companies hundreds if not thousands of dollars have you ever seen the links they say and promise to bring you each month? Is it even possible that for $300 or $400 a month they will get you so many links that link back to your site?

So guys be careful when choosing an SEO company do a lot of research and talk to their clients to make sure they deliver what they say they deliver!

Now back to the subject when talking about Backlinks for your website to get more links so Google ranks you higher the meaning of that is that you should get links with content! If you are just sparkling some words that don’t stick together it will not be indexed by Google as a valid link and not only that if you have the same website link to you 30 times or 1 time it will not make any difference on rankings. Google considers only 1 link from a website to another so you can post comments every day linking to the same website it will not only not help you in rankings it will help you to get blacklisted.

So I am asking all of the SEO so called professionals located around the world! Most of them are in India, Russia, and a couple other countries. PLEASE STOP posting comments with no content and links and with content that has nothing to do with us! We delete them anyhow so what is the point of posting them you are wasting my time and your time. I have to go over every day all those comments and filter out the ones that are real comments and want to have a conversation with us.

And from now on we will build a list of all IP address that post those types of comments and we will block them and submit their email address and IP address to all blacklists!
